Hard to Smart Work !
There is a beautiful quote by American Author Byron Dorgan. It is quoted like this “ Working hard and working smart sometimes can be two different things ”. Do you think these are completely two different things? One of my teachers once said, "We have to work hard in our life. But that doesn’t mean that we have to work hard throughout our life to become successful. We have to start our career by doing hard work. We have to do hard work for two to three years and then do smart work’. What is this smart work? How do I know what smart work I have to do to become successful? These are the questions that rushed into my mind when I heard this. Do you have these questions? Ok let me try to explain smart work in a simple way which I understood.
