Be The Master Of Fears..

“Fear is a powerful force that somehow does not allow many people to get what they want in life”. A famous quote by an American motivational writer David J Schwarts.  Have you ever become nervous when you face the audience? Do you lose your words? Does your hands become ice cold? Do you feel like your heart is coming out and beating? Is this the situation that you call stage fear?   What other fears do you have? Do you have fear of rejection or fear of failure or fear of being judged? If you have these don’t be shy to tell this, because almost 75% of people around us are having all these fears.  Have you ever thought about what stage fear is? Is it the fear of how others will judge or is it the lack of confidence that makes you feel that you will not be able to do it perfectly.  We are comfortable being with our friends and family. We can perform anything in front of them, let it be songs, dance, speech or anything that they tell us to do. But when the s...

Smile to Smile

Hellooooo I just want to talk to you about something ? Something what ?  And now I know you are thinking why I didn't start with a quote today ? Actually nothing much. The other day my friend asked me to fill out a form that was part of her project. There was one question in that form that really caught my eyes. The question was like this. “Do you find happiness while helping others ?”. Simply we can answer this question “yes or no”. I know most of you will be going with the answer “yes”. But can I ask this in another way? When was the last time you were happy helping others? What help you offered? Is it yesterday, or day before yesterday, or last week, or last month, or even last year. When was it? We are blank for this answer right.  Why are we blank? Why don’t we help others who are badly in need. Is it because we don’t have time for them? I won’t be wrong if I say today's world is completely selfish. We run for our life. To make it more wealthy, proud, and successfu...

The Perfection To Excellence !

“ Always aim at perfection for only then will you achieve excellence “. A famous quote by J. R. D. Tata. Have you ever aimed for perfection? What is the last thing you have done with 100  percent perfection?  To be honest, I don't remember what was the last thing I had done with 100 percent perfection. If you remember what was yours you can surely share.  What is this perfection? Imagine your teacher had given you some assignment. The work you have done was not that satisfying for the teacher. The teacher asked you to redo. So you reworked the entire assignment and submitted. But the teacher was still expecting more from your side. Again it was given for rework. This time you put some more effort into it and submitted. The teacher was satisfied and accepted your work.  What had actually happened here. The teacher was expecting a perfect assignment from your side. Your expertise in that topic was improving as she asked you to rework again and again.  That ...

Follow your love :)

“Don’t feel stupid if you don’t like what everyone else pretends to love”. A famous quote by Actress Emma Watson. Is this quote relatable to our lives?  Have you ever pretended to love something for your friends' sake? Do you worry about what your friends will think for each and everything? Could you honestly say that you have never done something like this. Don’t be shy to answer. It is actually common. Even  I have been through such situations. As I  said it is common, it doesn’t mean that it is a good thing to practice. As you get aware that you don’t like this and you are doing this only to satisfy others, ignore that situation as a whole. Do only the things that you feel comfortable and you believe you are happy at.  The decisions you make, that can be anything like having a coffee with friends or something bigger in the family or friends circle that can even change the flow of your life, should be yours only. You have to think whether the decision taken ...

Be The Master Sailor !

A smooth sea never made a skilled sailor. A quote by an American politician Franklin D Roosevelt. This is an incredibly meaningful quote. Without any obstacles and challenges we will not succeed or  we will not even master our skills. That is the only reason nature itself provides obstacles in our path. Imagine we are given everything smoothly. There are no obstacles or even we don’t have anything to worry about. We just want to sit and relax and we are given everything like spoon feeding. Then how will we know the world? We will remain there only. Without problems we can’t understand the world or people around us. Take every obstacle you face as a training class. The training to know yourself, to find your hidden skills, and expand them to the maximum.  Imagine we don’t have any obstacles in our life and everything is going perfectly. Then we will judge ourselves that we are perfect in what we are doing and will continue like that . We will not learn anything new. Then...

Lie Or Success. Pick One !!!

“If you want to be successful, you must respect one rule: never lie to yourself”. A famous quote by Paulo Coelho. Wow. This quote seems very interesting. How do we lie to ourselves? Have you ever lied to yourself? Or let me ask this question to myself. Have I ever lied to myself?..... The answer seems very difficult. I am confused.  Every one of us has lied to ourselves at some point in our lives. We have sacrificed our love and passion. Our mind will be insisting us to follow our joy and excitement. But unfortunately we lie to ourselves and follow someone else’s path. It can be due to our personal love, financial issues or it can be anything.  Sometimes we don't get the opportunity to follow our passion. We cannot  showcase ourselves. Our wishes will be washed off by someone else. At that point of time we sacrifice with what we get. We just lie to our own heart that we are ok with what we have. We are actually cheating ourselves in one aspect. Success doesn’t like...

Is There a Reason for My Birth ?

The two most important days in your life are the day you are born and the day you find out why. A quote written by famous American writer Mark Twain. Birth days are something special to us. It is a day of joy and happiness. We plan and explore new things for that day. A birthday marks the beginning of a new year in our lives, increasing our age. But can I ask you something? How old are you? I know it's not a good thing to ask others their age. But no need to answer me. You can just visualize yourself at your age. That makes you understand how many years you have lived in this world. Or sometimes it will even help us to understand how many years we have wasted in this world without even knowing the purpose of our life. Do you have a proper answer to give if someone asks you why you are born in this world? Or what is the purpose of your life? To be honest I don't have an answer if someone asks me this question. I am quite confused.  I guess we don’t have a proper answer just b...
