Is There a Reason for My Birth ?

 The two most important days in your life are the day you are born and the day you find out why. A quote written by famous American writer Mark Twain.


Birth days are something special to us. It is a day of joy and happiness. We plan and explore new things for that day. A birthday marks the beginning of a new year in our lives, increasing our age. But can I ask you something? How old are you? I know it's not a good thing to ask others their age. But no need to answer me. You can just visualize yourself at your age. That makes you understand how many years you have lived in this world. Or sometimes it will even help us to understand how many years we have wasted in this world without even knowing the purpose of our life. Do you have a proper answer to give if someone asks you why you are born in this world? Or what is the purpose of your life? To be honest I don't have an answer if someone asks me this question. I am quite confused. 


I guess we don’t have a proper answer just because we haven’t even tried to find out the answer. I am sure that no one will tell us the answer to this question. Only we can find out. 

Sometimes we think that we are born only to serve someone or do some special work. It's actually not like that. We are born in this beautiful world with some inborn talents. The only task for us is to find out and grow it to the maximum. 


Using our talent and starting something does not always ensure that it will be successful on the first attempt. Sometimes we fail. But it's not the end. Even if we fail, we ought to be proud of ourselves just because we have started working on something after wasting so many years in our lives. 


Let me tell you a small story. Have you ever heard the name Deepika Mhatre? You have heard her as a well known Stand up comedian. Did you know that she took almost 43 years to identify the purpose of her life. She worked as a domestic worker in houses and selling imitation jewelry in trains. After 43 years she had understood the purpose of her life and started living the real life she had.


We all have one day. Sometimes one second changes all our life. Waiting for that is of course important but try finding it out before it is too late. Because it is your life. You are the only one going to enjoy it.

Unstoppable power of challenges.

 W hile walking through the busy streets, I came to notice a poignant scene. A young woman in her 30’s sitting on the footpath and crafting rose bouquets. Beside her a tiny boy - mostly her son, who took the role of a tiny salesman. The boy approached the people walking by requesting them to buy the flowers. The little innocent face caught their attention, so most of them bought flowers. I joined them as well. This might seem like an ordinary scene in a busy city. But taking a moment and thinking of the scene will help us understand many things. Stop Comparing : Start Succeeding !

  Hellooo Everyone! Today, I want to take you back to your school days. Were you a front bencher or back bencher? You know society often considers the front benchers as the toppers and the backbenchers as the losers. Well I believe in what our former president, Abdul Kalam said, “The best brains of the nation may be found on the last benches of the classroom”. From the experiences and stories that I have heard, I came to know that the front benchers may know how to top the class but the back  benchers often have a  deeper understanding of how to be the real topper of life.
