Be The Master Of Fears..
“Fear is a powerful force that somehow does not allow many people to get what they want in life”. A famous quote by an American motivational writer David J Schwarts.
Have you ever become nervous when you face the audience? Do you lose your words? Does your hands become ice cold? Do you feel like your heart is coming out and beating? Is this the situation that you call stage fear?
What other fears do you have? Do you have fear of rejection or fear of failure or fear of being judged? If you have these don’t be shy to tell this, because almost 75% of people around us are having all these fears.
Have you ever thought about what stage fear is? Is it the fear of how others will judge or is it the lack of confidence that makes you feel that you will not be able to do it perfectly.
We are comfortable being with our friends and family. We can perform anything in front of them, let it be songs, dance, speech or anything that they tell us to do. But when the same thing is asked to perform in front of someone else, we are not able to do that. Why is it so? All these are important questions that we need to get answers for the sake of ourselves.
How many of you know Aidy Bryant and Saturday Night Live? Aidy Bryant is an American actor and a cast member of Saturday Night Live. She was immensely scared of facing the camera and audience . For almost one whole year, she was upset because of it.
But the secret is that fear can’t be with us when we try to overcome that by constantly doing that thing which we fear. . Slowly she came out of her fear.
And she became confident enough to host any show anywhere.
Even I do have stage fear. Few days back I got an opportunity to face the crowd. I was super scared to do that. No one else will come to do my work. So I did it. I won’t say it was a perfect speech but it was okay as a beginner. In this way we can improve. If we don’t do it then we can’t overcome it in our entire life. Take every opportunity you get happily that provides a way to get out of your fear.
So this is the biggest medicine to overcome any kind of fear you face. Continue to do the things which you fear the most. If you have stage fear, get into the stage and give a talk whenever you get a chance. Then you will slowly begin to get a super strength and confidence that let you face any number of audiences and give a super cool speech.
When you talk confidently, the crowd will love your voice. They will be influenced by you. Check out this if you have any doubt. Don’t forget to give an autograph to me, if you become super famous by your confidence. 😜
Be happy. Don’t forget to keep your beautiful smile on your beautiful face. All the best and keep moving. Have a superb, confident and enjoyable day.

ReplyDeleteWell, overall it’s correct but sometimes it’s not fear or fate that defines our current actions,it all depends upon the choice that we made on the the past.
